![]() Chair with reclining and lockable seat cushion
专利摘要:
The invention relates to a chair (1) which can be tilted and can be locked in a substantially horizontal position. The chair (1) comprises a seat cushion (2) and a support leg (3) arranged substantially centrally under the seat cushion. It also comprises a link (8) comprising a first link part (8a) fixedly connected to the seat cushion (2) and a second link part (8b) fixedly connected to the support leg (3) and a spring (4) arranged concentrically around the support leg (3), acting between the seat cushion (2) and a spring support (4 §) attached to the support leg (3). The spring (4) is intended to straighten the seat cushion (2) and provide a counterforce to the inclination. The invention is characterized in that the first hinge part (8a) comprises a through guide hole (9) in which a pin (10) is slidably arranged, the pin (10) having a first end (10a) which is intended to be inserted vertically into a locking hole (11) arranged substantially concentrically with the center axis (xx) of the support leg (3) to lock the seat cushion (2) in a substantially vertical basic position. 专利说明:
[7] Due to this construction, the chair can easily be locked in a substantially vertical basic position. Since the pin is rotated with the first hinge part when it is not in the locked position, the inclination of the seat cushion is not prevented. In addition, no seating forces act directly on the pin but are absorbed in the ball joint. This means that it is possible to lock the position of the chair even when a person is sitting on the chair. [8] The invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: [9] Fig. 1 shows a chair with a tiltable seat cushion [10] Fig. 2 shows a sectional view of the chair according to the invention comprising a locking pin. [11] Figs. 3a-c show three different locked positions on the locking pin. [12] Fig. 4 shows an alternative embodiment of the locking pin. [13] The following is a detailed description of embodiments of the invention. 65831 [14] Fig. 1 shows a chair 1 comprising a seat cushion 2 and a support leg 3 arranged centrally below the seat cushion 2. A spring 4 is arranged substantially concentrically around the support leg 3. The spring 4 rests at its lower end on a spring support 5 and acts in its spring over the end of a support plate 6 to which the seat cushion 2 is fixed. The spring is intended to straighten the seat cushion 2 to a basic position, which means a substantially horizontal position on the support plate 6, when no one is using the chair sits on the seat cushion 2. The chair's support legs 3 can go all the way down to the ground, but it is also possible that it can be attached to a frame part resting on the ground including, for example, one or fl your legs, wheels or other support devices not shown. [15] In the support legs 3 of the chair, a height adjusting device 13 can be arranged intended to adjust the length of the support leg. Preferably, the height adjusting device 13 is a gas spring or a similar device where the pressure can be adjusted by adjusting a valve position 14. [16] Figure 2 shows a sectional view of the chair and its seat cushion 2. The seat cushion 2 is attached to the support plate 6 which in turn is connected to a hinge 8. The hinge 8 comprises a first hinge part 8a fixedly connected to the support plate 6 and a second hinge part 8b fixedly connected to the spring support 5, which in turn is attached to the support leg 3. The first hinge part 8a has a cut-off spherical shape with an annular convex sliding surface 8a '. The second hinge part 8b which is fixedly attached to the spring support 5 has a cylindrical shape with a substantially horizontally arranged inner annular concave sliding surface 8b '. [17] The first hinge part 8a also comprises a through-going guide hole 9 in which a pin 10 is slidably arranged. The pin 10 has a first end 10a which is intended to be inserted vertically into a locking hole 11 arranged substantially concentrically with the central axis z of the support leg 3. To reduce the stress on the first hinge part 8a, a guide sleeve 12 is also inserted in the guide hole 9. This guide sleeve 12 is attached to the support plate 6. [18] The pin 10 is connected to an adjusting device 7 which has the shape of a lever (see also Figs. 1 and 4a-c) with which the vertical position 65831 of the pin 10 is adjusted relative to the guide hole 9. The lever 7 is hingedly attached to the other of the pin. end 10b and is rotatable about a point z between the two ends of the lever 7. This point z can be a bracket attached to the support plate 6. By moving the lever 7 upwards and downwards, the pin 10 is moved in the opposite direction. [19] The pin 10 can be locked in at least two positions with one or more a spring-loaded pin 15 which cooperates with recesses 16 in the pin 10. [20] | Figures 3a-c show the three locked positions on the pin 10; a first position where the pin is free from the locking hole 11, a second position where the pin 10 is inserted into the locking hole 11 a first distance s1 and a third position where the pin 10 is inserted into the locking hole 11 a second longer distance s2 and thereby affects the height adjusting device 13. It is also possible to adjust the height of the chair in another way. Then the pin 10 has only two locked positions; a first position where the pin 10 is free from the locking hole 11 and a second position where the pin is inserted into the locking hole 11. [21] Figure 4 shows an alternative embodiment of the locking device comprising the pin 10 and the locking hole 11. In this embodiment the locking hole 11 has a conical opening which decreases in diameter in the direction away from the pin 10 at the same time the pin 10 has a conical first end which is inserted into the locking hole 11. Because the hole 11 and the pin 10 are conical, the locking in the upright basic position is facilitated because the conical surfaces guide the pin down into the hole. [22] In Figure 3, the adjusting device 7 with which the vertical position of the pin 10 is adjusted comprises a through hole in which a separate first activating part 17 is slidably arranged, which is intended to influence a displaceable second activating part 18 arranged in the pin, which in turn affects the height adjusting device 13. . [23] The invention is in no way limited to the described embodiments but can be varied freely within the scope of the claims. The features stated in the embodiments can be combined in case this is not directly contradictory. [24] The term "chair" encompasses all types of seating devices, including a seat cushion and a support leg placed centrally centrally below it, such as regular office chairs, stools or so-called saddle chairs. The support leg does not have to go all the way down to the ground 65831 but can be attached to a frame part resting on the ground comprising, for example, several legs, wheels or other support devices. [25] The term "seat cushion" includes devices in one or more pieces which can be either hard or soft, ie i.a. both a seat cushion in one or more pieces of hard plastic as well as a seat cushion with a hard support unit and a soft cushion arranged thereon are covered by the term.
